Compatibility

The LumiTravel Universal is capable of charging virtually any mobile device that supports USB-C or Lightning as a charging method, as well as any device that supports Qi wireless charging.


The LumiTravel can fast charge all USB-C compatible devices at up to 20W. Simply plug in a USB DC or USB AC cable and connect it to your device to charge.


It can charge any Qi-compatible device wirelessly. This includes any iPhone 8 or later, Samsung Galaxy S6 or later, Google Pixel 4 or later, and other Qi-compatible devices.

It is also compatible with AirPods 2 (wireless charging case) and AirPods Pro, Samsung Buds and Pixel Buds.

The LumiTravel Universal has a battery capacity of 10,000mAh. It can charge an iPhone 13 up to 2.1 times, a Galaxy S22 up to 2.0 times, a Google Pixel 6 up to 1.7 times and an iPad mini 6th generation 1.3 times.

How many devices can I charge at the same time?
The LumiTravel Universal can charge up to 5 devices at the same time when plugged into the power outlet. However, the maximum output power is 22.5W, the more devices are charging at the same time, the less power each device will receive.

Can I take the LumiTravel Universal on the plane?
Yes, the LumiTravel Universal is perfectly safe for hand luggage and does not exceed the authorized limit.

Très déçue par le service client, qui est totalement absent. Je ne recommande pas cette entreprise. J’ai bien reçu le LumiTravel Universal, qui fonctionne correctement, mais le colis ne contenait ni la pochette ni les ear-pods prétendument « offerts » et clairement mentionnés lors de la commande et de sa validation. Après avoir envoyé trois e-mails au service client, je n’ai obtenu aucune réponse. Cela donne l’impression d’une volonté délibérée de tromper le client. Promettre des articles « offerts » pour ensuite ne pas les inclure dans l’envoi et ignorer les réclamations est, à mes yeux, une pratique trompeuse.
